Victory Rationing Program

The Victory Rationing Program was a series of harsh austerity measures adopted by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. It included strict resource rationing on power, water, and food. Even the galactic capital of Coruscant and other cosmopolitan Core Worlds were concerned.
