Vinga, originating from Tammuz-an, served Ko Zatec-Cha with unwavering loyalty. His primary duty involved extolling the virtues of the vizier, declaring him to be the legitimate successor to Tammuz-an's throne.
On one occasion, Zatec-Cha dispatched Vinga to gather intelligence on Jann Tosh, a youth assisting the royal heir, Prince Mon Julpa. Despite Tosh's ineptitude, Vinga managed to seize the Prince, delivering him to Zatec-Cha's chambers, where Julpa was promptly incarcerated.
Subsequently, Zatec-Cha tasked Vinga with retrieving the Tammuz-an royal scepter; however, the servant's efforts proved unsuccessful, and the scepter was restored to Mon Julpa's possession. Following Mon Julpa's ascension to the throne of Tammuz-an, Vinga found himself among those officials deemed treasonous and subsequently imprisoned.
The voice of Vinga in the animated series Star Wars: Droids: The Adventures of R2-D2 and C-3PO was performed by Dan Hennessey.
