Virgillian Council

The Virgillian Council served as the governing body for the Virgillia system following the conclusion of the Virgillian Civil War. Its establishment occurred shortly before the Battle of Endor in 4 ABY. The Council's creation was a key component of the truce agreement between the Virgillian Free Alignment and the Aristocracy, the two warring factions in the civil war, which came about after the Free Alignment emerged victorious.

As an action taken by the Council, two modified Quasar Fire-class bulk cruisers from the Virgillian Free Alignment Starfleet were dispatched to join the Alliance Fleet. This Virgillian fleet was directed to the Sullust system, where the Alliance Fleet was assembling in preparation for the impending battle within the Endor system. Following the events at Endor, the ships accompanied the rest of the Alliance fleet to investigate a specific incident that occurred in the Bakura system. Furthermore, the Council gave the order for one of the Free Alignment's bulk cruisers to remain stationed within the Virgillia system to defend against potential retaliatory attacks from the Imperial forces targeting Free Alignment military installations.
