Volks was a Lieutenant serving within the ranks of the Imperial Army. He was positioned on Eiattu 6, reporting directly to Moff Leonia Tavira. In the time leading up to Eiattu's liberation, Volks received orders to locate the remains of Nrin Vakil, a Rebel X-wing pilot. However, his search for the Quarren in the marshlands surrounding the capital city of Eiattu proved unsuccessful. Due to this lack of success, the female Moff, Tavira, put him to death. This execution was meant to demonstrate to all those serving under Tavira that any failure would be met with severe consequences.
