Voss, a male Human and a stormtrooper of the Galactic Empire, served the Empire.
Voss found himself assigned to an Imperial Star Destroyer with the mission of locating and pursuing the stolen starship known as the Staraker. As the ship successfully tracked the Staraker to the vicinity of the Alashan system, disaster struck: a superlaser blast originating from the planet Alashan impacted the Star Destroyer, dealing catastrophic damage.
Despite the destruction, Djambo, along with five other Imperial personnel – Major Wil'm Grau, Fleet Sergeant Anarine, Ensign Kyril Lopaki, and fellow stormtroopers Éger Djambo and Boaz – managed to evacuate the crippled vessel via an escape pod. Upon landing on the planet's surface, Major Grau took charge and successfully led the group in capturing the crew of the Staraker, who included Luke Skywalker, Mici Shabandar, and Leia Organa.
Given their shared predicament of being stranded, the two groups reached an agreement for a temporary truce, uniting in a search for a means of escaping the planet. Their exploration led them to a ruined Rebel archaeological site, where they discovered a skillfully constructed tunnel leading deep into the planet's interior. Voss accompanied the team into this tunnel, where they faced an attack by the Guardian of Forever. Through their combined efforts, they managed to collapse the tunnel, temporarily hindering the creature's progress. Grau then assigned Voss to stand guard, tasked with alerting the others should the beast reappear. Regrettably for Voss, the creature broke through the debris and ambushed him, throwing him from a great height off one of the city's bridges.
