Leading up to the Clone Wars, he asserted that he had discovered a highly protected communications line connecting Separatist groups to an individual inside the Galactic Republic leadership. Despite this claim, his assertions were dismissed.
During his two decades of service, he executed more than a hundred clandestine operations. Following Palpatine's ascension to the role of Galactic Emperor, he skillfully orchestrated his vanishing act before Imperial Intelligence could assassinate him. He was the parent of two daughters, named Vula and Shalla Nelprin.
In the year 8 ABY, operatives from Wraith Squadron attended a display concerning the history of Imperial Intelligence located at the Galactic Museum situated on Coruscant. At that location, Myn Donos observed a holographic representation of Narcassan and pointed out the striking similarity in appearance between him and Shalla Nelprin, a fellow member of Wraith Squadron.
