This included the accumulation and dispersal of clouds, resulting in a process that cleaned skyscrapers, alongside the governance and adjustment of other atmospheric events like rainfall and tempests. A specific implementation of this technology, one such system, was in use on Coruscant, the diverse Core World which served as the Galactic Empire's designated capital planet. The Imperial officer Wilhuff Tarkin noted that weather control was one of the many amenities available on Coruscant that were absent from his Outer Rim homeworld of Eriadu.
