Whiplash Council

The Whiplash Council served as the ruling organization for the Whiplash resistance following the capture of their leader, Thi Xon Yimmon. This Council, established by Tuden Sal, consisted of members such as Sheel Mafeen, Acer Ash, Fars Sil-at, and Dyat Agni. A majority of the Council's members perished during an unsuccessful assault targeting Emperor Palpatine's villa.
