Winfrid Dagore was a commander of Human descent and female gender, who fought for the Tethan resistance throughout the Galactic Civil War. Lieutenant Palob Godalhi, her assistant, accompanied her during a meeting with Bria Tharen of the Corellian resistance to explore the possibility of a joint uprising against the Galactic Empire. She believed Teth's position in the Outer Rim limited their ability to meaningfully support a larger resistance effort; however, she consented to intensifying attacks on Imperial ships and depots, as well as providing the Corellians with illicitly obtained weaponry.
A bounty was placed for her capture, leading to her eventual capture by the bounty hunters Dace Bonearm and IG-72. They used the HWK-290 light freighter known as the Moldy Crow as a diversion in their capture plan.
