This action disregarded its illegality, prompting the Je'daii Council to send Je'daii Ranger Lanoree Brock to Ska Gora with the aim of resolving the situation. Brock initially pursued diplomatic avenues to persuade Gharcanna to relocate, but these efforts proved unsuccessful. Consequently, the Ranger found herself compelled to direct her laser cannons towards the Wookiees, with the intention of averting a potential civil war between the Wookiees and the inhabitants residing on the floating city-ships positioned above Ska Gora's surface. From her Peacemaker-class cruiser, she initiated a bombardment of the surface area inhabited by the Wookiees, resulting in the killing of all the unauthorized settlers.
