Publisher's summary

With their sleek designs, incredible speed, and lethal capabilities, they are known as X-wing fighters. As the conflict intensifies across the vast expanse of space, the courageous individuals piloting these machines – both men and women – put their lives and their aircraft on the line. Their objective is to protect the Rebel Alliance from the still formidable and experienced Imperial forces, in a desperate attempt to seize control of the cosmos!

The mere mention of its name evokes fear in the hearts of their adversaries. Therefore, when the celebrated Rebel hero Wedge Antilles decides to reform the renowned Rogue Squadron, he seeks only the most exceptional pilots – those with unparalleled skill and extraordinary daring. Through rigorous training exercises and perilous missions, he separates the weak from the strong, ultimately forming a team of battle-hardened warriors prepared to engage in combat, even to the point of sacrificing their lives. Antilles is acutely aware of the harsh reality: even with the most talented X-wing pilots in the entire galaxy, many will not survive these missions that border on suicidal. However, when Rogue Squadron receives orders to participate in the assault on the heavily defended Imperial fortress known as Black Moon, even the most valiant among them cannot help but question whether anyone will make it out alive…
