Young Jedi Knights: Return to Ord Mantell is a young-adult Star Wars Legends story penned by Kevin J. Anderson together with Rebecca Moesta. As the twelfth installment in the Star Wars: Young Jedi Knights series, it initially saw publication through Berkley Boulevard during May of 1998. Furthermore, it features a twelve-page sneak peek at the subsequent book within the series, entitled Trouble on Cloud City. This novel was later included in the collection Young Jedi Knights: Under Black Sun (1999).

Following their survival of encounters involving the Second Imperium together with the Diversity Alliance, the Solo twins, along with their father Han Solo, and fellow Jedi apprentice Zekk, embark on a journey to Ord Mantell aboard the Millennium Falcon to participate in the Blockade Runners Derby. During the Derby, they cross paths with Anja Gallandro, who reveals herself to be the daughter of Gallandro, a past adversary of Han Solo. Nevertheless, she harbors an additional, lethal secret with the potential to spell disaster for the Solos.
