This treaty brought a halt to the Eternal Empire's invasion of the Sith Empire; however, it obligated the Sith to provide substantial tribute in the form of raw materials and resources, in addition to adhering to an arms limitation, which the Sith Empire covertly violated.
The intervention of the Sith Empire in the war with the Eternal Empire on the side of the Alliance opposing Zakuul would invalidate the treaty.
