Zud is among the pirates, smugglers, and mercenaries who were apprehended by the Red Nebula exile Klysk. Klysk compelled them to attempt the theft of the Nebula's Great Life Jewels during 0 ABY. Despite Zud and his two fellow thieves successfully gaining access to the inner sanctum of the temple where the jewels were kept, the temple guardian quickly eliminated them.
