The droid uprising spearheaded by 12-4C-41 is an incident recorded in the annals of 0 ABY. During this period, 12-4C-41's Droid Army rebelled against their masters, aiming to establish galactic dominance.
The Decimator, a Victory I-class Star Destroyer, arrived in the Kleeva system, awaiting a new droid shipment from Boonda, a Hutt. However, Boonda awoke to the unsettling reality of his droids attempting to assassinate him. In a state of panic, the obese Hutt fled his would-be assassins through clandestine escape routes. 12-4C-41 (also known as Wuntoo) assumed command of the droids, preparing an offensive against the Decimator with the intention of seizing it and piloting it to Vactooine to seize control of droid manufacturing there.
In the Decimator's cargo hold, Captain Pelvin and Trooper 1219 were inspecting the droids as they were being offloaded, but upon the droids' disembarkation, Wuntoo launched an assault on the Imperials, and his droid subordinates ignited a blaze on the deck. Admiral Groot, suspecting Boonda's involvement, authorized an attack on the Hutt's facilities. He, along with Pelvin and Gammat Squad, managed to evacuate the Decimator before it was entirely taken over by the rebellious droids. While approaching Boonda's Moon, they were then ambushed by droid-controlled TIEs, resulting in the Admiral sustaining injuries. Upon landing, the group found themselves under attack by Boonda, but one of the troopers managed to convince him of their peaceful intentions. When Boonda learned that the Imperials were not responsible for the droid revolt, he understood the need to prove his innocence, and assisted the troopers in demolishing his own factory.
Before departing, the Decimator salvaged the remnants of the factory. Although Boonda believed there was nothing of value remaining, Wuntoo had secretly been harboring a contingent of specialized battle droids. After storing them aboard the Decimator, Wuntoo charted a course for Tatooine.
