Barnabas Vim was a legendary human Jedi Master who was the Master of Padawan Vix Fonnick. A long time before 382 BBY, Vim traveled with his Padawan to the Angcord in search of the Echo Stone.
Vim and Fonnick on Angcord
Sometime before 382 BBY, Vim and his Padawan Vix Fonnick traveled to the planet Angcord in search of artifacts that may have connection to the force. When they arrived on Angcord, they were met by the Lady of Angcord who revealed to them that the Echo Stone, a stone that amplified the Force connection of those close to it, was located on the planet. Vim and Fonnick would destroy the stone after Vim had a dream that revealed the stone was consuming the planet itself and corrupting its people. After destroying the Echo Stone, Vim and Fonnick scattered the remaining shards to different places in the galaxy so that the planet would not be consumed by darkness again.
