Bomarmo was a Chiss male member of the Chiss Ascendancy's Cohbo family and husband of Cohbo'rik'ardok, core name "Borika." In 18 BBY, the pair owned Ardok Ranch on the planet Ool. The ranch was home to a training site for the Seekers' Shadehouse, a facility which wiped the memories of the Chiss sky-walkers, young girls with abilities that helped the Chiss navigate the space outside of the Ascendancy's borders. Around that year, Borika introduced herself and mentioned Bomarmo when Caregiver Mitth'ali'astov "Thalias" came to Ardok Ranch looking to speak with Borika about a sky-walker's interactions with an alien, The Magys, who could see into the future.
