Fillik was a human who worked as a meknek on the Trade Federation WD-2550 Whydah-class yield conveyer Fallon during the High Republic Era. In 132 BBY, they went for a night out on the moon Nar Shaddaa and chided fellow meknek for not attending the next day. The pair then worked together on repairing the shield generator of the Fallon on the hull of the starship while it was in space.
As the pair worked, the ship's captain, Blex, called the mekneks disposable over comms without realising they could hear him. After Aniseya responded, Fillik pointed out the issue with the generator and Aniseya began welding it, but this caused the pressure gauge that Fillik was watching to spike and resulted in a small explosion at the pressure valve nearby. Aniseya then dealt with the flames from the explosion before a Jedi Vector approached the Fallon, circling to dock as Fillik and Aniseya watched.
Fillik was a human who worked as a meknek on the Trade Federation WD-2550 Whydah-class yield conveyer Fallon during the High Republic Era. In 132 BBY, Fillik accompanied the piloting crew on a wild night out to Nar Shaddaa, a moon in Hutt Space. The following day, Fillik encountered fellow meknek Verosha Aniseya in the corridors of the Fallon after an alarm sounded signalling there was a job for the mekneks. Fillik chided her for not joining the night out, but she refused to reveal what she had been doing instead.
The pair's conversation was interrupted when they had to step out of the way of a pair of Neimoidians who passed by them brusquely, after which Fillik informed Aniseya that the job for them was repairing the ship's shield generators. Surprised, Aniseya pointed out that the Trade Federation rarely used the ship's shields, which Fillik countered might be the reason that the generator needed repairs.
Despite Galactic Republic legislation stating that only droids could carry out outer ship repairs, Fillik and Aniseya donned spacesuits with magnetic boots and exited the ship while it was in space via a small hatch onto the outer hull. They moved across the hull to the location of the shield generator and began their work on opposite sides. As they worked, the ship's captain, Blex, began complaining on the bridge about the repairs not being completed and then claimed the mekneks were disposable, not realising that Fillik and Aniseya could hear him over comms.
Aniseya responded over comms, claiming to be hurt and joking that while Fillik was disposable, she was not. Smiling, Fillik shook their head and sarcastically called Aniseya funny, then pointed out that the issue with the generator was that the was not connected to the . Spotting what Fillik had pointed out, Aniseya used her PIP droid Pip to begin welding the parts together. As she did so, Fillik grew concerned as the pressure gauge began to spike, but as they tried to warn Aniseya, the pressure valve exploded nearby, causing Fillik to shout.
Sighing, Fillik explained the issue to Aniseya, who moved over to fix the valve, but momentarily froze upon seeing the fire from the explosion as she was haunted by a memory from her childhood. As Pip snapped her out of the memory with a beep, Fillik complained that she should stop messing around, after which she put out the flames.
As the flames subsided, a Jedi Vector approached the Fallon, drawing Aniseya and Fillik's attention as it circled around to dock with the Trade Federation vessel. Watching it from the hull, Fillik asked if the new arrivals were Aniseya's friends, as she had previously been a member of the Jedi Order. After re-entering the ship, Aniseya was arrested by the Jedi and transferred onto the DTE-CSA-17 Calaboose prison ship Palwick, as she was mistakenly believed to have committed a murder in fact carried out by her twin sister, Mae-ho Aniseya.
Fillik was unfazed by the inherent dangers of working as a meknek and instead reveled at the unique opportunity to see the galaxy that traveling onboard the Fallon presented. They jokingly called Aniseya wicked, and smiled when she later refered to them as disposable, but told her to stop messing around when she froze upon seeing fire. Standing 1.78 meters tall, Fillik had dark skin, black hair, and brown eyes.
Fillik appeared in "Lost / Found," the first episode of the television series The Acolyte, which aired June 4, 2024 on Disney+. The character was portrayed by in the episode.
