In 44 ABY, during the Lost Tribe of Sith emergence, he sided with Head of State Jagged Fel against Admiral Natasi Daala. When Garreter sent his fleet to assist Fel at the battle over Exodo II, Moff Woolbam tried to annex Rimcee Station. Garreter was then forced to redirect his forces to protect his territories.
