Moff Woolbam was a member of the Moff Council of the Imperial Remnant. In 44 ABY, during the Lost Tribe of Sith emergence, he sided with Admiral Daala and the renegade Moff against Head of State Jagged Fel. Woolbam tried to annex Rimcee Station when rival Moff Garreter sent his forces in aid of Fel. Having learned Woolbam's actions against his territories, Garreter redirected his forces to protect Rimcee Station. In the meantime, Moff Woolbam's forces were also involved in a battle at Muunilinst.
