Guardian Corps

The Guardian Corps was a formation of war-robots employed by the military of Xim the Despot's empire. Numbering one thousand war-robots, the Guardian Corps were transported by the treasure ship Queen of Ranroon to the planet Dellalt to guard the Treasure Vaults of Xim the Despot. On Dellalt, the Guardian Corps were maintained by the "Survivors," who were descended from Queen of Ranroons original crew and honor guards.

In 2 BBY, Han Solo and Chewbacca were on Dellalt and came up against the Guardian Corps. The Survivors used the war-robots against a mining operation led by J'uoch. The Guardian Corps were defeated when they marched over a bridge, creating a harmonic resonance that caused the bridge to crumble. The Guardian Corps fell into the ravine below and were destroyed.
