The ISB conference chamber was a circular chamber inside the ISB central office. It featured a large circular table with seating and holopad screens for sixteen officers and a meeting coordinator. A large Imperial crest was prominently featured behind the meeting coordinator's seat, and the white walls were decorated with a textured cover.
In 5 BBY, Major Partagaz used this chamber to conduct the sector supervisors' forum, where major security incidents and threats from each supervisor's sector could be identified and solutions could be proposed. Partagaz also encouraged the use of the forum as a space where disagreements between forum members would be discussed and solutions could be found without causing interpersonal aggressions. If need be, a supervisor could be reassigned to a different sector as a result of these discussions.
Following the Ferrix incident, Supervisor Blevin reported the disaster to the forum and was instructed to investigate, annexing the Preox-Morlana sector to the Galactic Empire. Similarly, after the heist on the Aldhani dam, Colonel Yularen reported the implementation of the Public Order Resentencing Directive to the supervisors' forum, making a speech regarding the Bureau's intention to strengthen Imperial security around all sectors.
Following Syril Karn's persistent reports regarding Cassian Andor and the subsequent discovery of his involvement in the Aldhani heist by supervisor Meero, a board of officers including Colonel Yularen was again assembled in the chamber. There, the Colonel was presented with the recovered Starpath unit from Ferrix and briefed on the intelligence collected on Andor and his rebel connection, the Axis.
