Jonathan Ho, a martial artist, portrayed Faris in the television show Obi-Wan Kenobi, alongside his twin brother Oliver Ho, who is also a martial artist. The brothers, who both practice martial arts, shot their scenes during the summer of 2021, which allowed them to meet and act alongside Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen. The "Part IV" segment, where Obi-Wan Kenobi discovers their character's preserved remains in stasis, involved the use of wire work. Despite the subtle on-screen appearance, they were made up with specialized cosmetics to transform their characters into a Theelin, complete with small horns and speckled, variegated skin.
