Kakon's name echoed through the catacombs under Exegol's Sith Citadel during the period between 3 and 4 ABY, uttered by Sith Eternal cultists engaged in their search. The cultists, led by a figure who initiated the name, repeated "Kakon" in a rhythmic fashion, akin to a chant, along with the names of other figures, notably various Sith Lords.
Adam Christopher's 2022 novel, Shadow of the Sith, included a reference to Kakon.
