The KE-UW33, alternatively known as the Kamino submarine or simply the Kamino sub, represented a type of submersible vehicle. It was produced by Kamino Engineering for operation on the water planet of Kamino.

The "Kamino submarine" KE-UW33 was a submarine model specifically engineered for use on the aquatic world of Kamino. This Kamino sub featured a spherical cockpit situated between a pair of 7.3 meter long air filtering nacelles. Headlights were installed on the front of the nacelles, and taillights were installed on the rear. In case of an emergency situation, the cockpit was designed to detach from the rest of the vehicle, functioning independently as a life pod. This submarine model was capable of achieving speeds of up to 140 kph. Due to the absence of dangerous marine life within Kamino's oceans, the Kamino submarine lacked any offensive capabilities. The KE-UW33 was designed to accommodate only a single pilot.
The KE-UW33 served as a submersible transport, facilitating travel through bodies of water. Specifically engineered for the watery depths of Kamino, it was built to endure the immense pressures found in the planet's deepest oceans. Its powerful headlights provided illumination in the dark depths.

Kamino Engineering was the manufacturer of the KE-UW33 submarine.
During the Battle of Kamino in 21 BBY, Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi utilized a KE-UW33 to conduct an underwater exploration of Kamino. Kenobi decided to investigate the depths after growing suspicious due to falling debris from destroyed Separatist ships. While submerged, Kenobi came across aqua droids from the Separatists assembling the "debris" to create Trident-class assault ships. The aqua droids then attacked Kenobi within his KE-UW33, which forced the Jedi to eject. Eventually, he was rescued by a passing Aiwha.
The KE-UW33 was first seen as the "Kamino submarine" in the 2010 Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode "ARC Troopers". Concept artist Thang Le designed the Kamino sub, working under the supervision of director Dave Filoni. The reference book Star Wars Encyclopedia of Starfighters and Other Vehicles, published in 2018, officially identified the Kamino submarine as the "KE-UW33".
