The lecture hall, situated within the Jedi Academy on Ossus, served as the primary space for educating the students of the academy. Its location was beyond a bambwood hedge, marking the termination point of the Crooked Way. The structure itself was expansive, characterized by a sharply angled roof, encompassing a straightforward yet impressive auditorium. This auditorium featured light-colored wooden pillars capable of accommodating an audience of 2,000. On the building's eastern flank was the instructor's entrance, which opened into a brief hallway with wood flooring. This hallway culminated in a sliding panel that was positioned behind the raised platform. A small library was situated at the lecture hall's entrance. Precisely in 36 ABY, this was the location where Luke Skywalker assembled almost all of the Jedi from the New Jedi Order for the convocation. It was during this gathering that he formally assumed the role of Grand Master.
