ML-08, also referred to as Mel, was a maintenance droid that served aboard the smuggler Jaxxon's starship the WUD-500 star yacht Rabbit's Foot. Mel was considered to be "the worst maintenance droid" ever by Jaxxon.
ML-08 greatly resembles the T3-series utility droid seen in the Legends video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. He was named after Mel Blanc.
