Mount Arakeirkos was a mountain atop which a great clock was built out of stone by the religious order known as the Arakein Monks almost two thousand years prior to the Galactic Civil War. According to legend, any individual who watched each swing of its pendulum for a whole day would have the lifespan of the universe revealed before their eyes. Captain Micha Evon of the Rebel Alliance's 61st Mobile Infantry told First Sergeant Hazram Namir of the legend aboard the CR90 corvette Thunderstrike in 3 ABY.
