Philip Amara, called Phil for short, was an editor for Dark Horse Comics beginning in 1995. He served as editor for several Star Wars comics, including "Hoth" and "Fortune, Fate, and the Natural History of the Sarlacc," featured in Star Wars Tales #5 and #6 respectively. Since then, Amara left Dark Horse to work on projects of his own creation.
