Roth Skimm, along with Belgar Overlord, was an explorer who discovered an uninhabited Core world approximately six hundred years before the formation of the Empire. The two explorers settled the planet and christened it Belgaroth. Their plans to make Belgaroth a thriving commerce point were cut short when a dispute over a game of cards led to them killing each other.
