During the Yuuzhan Vong War the aging Dreadnaught had been rebuilt as a supply and escort ship. While stationed over Kashyyyk, it was the home base of Twin Suns Squadron. It was present in numerous major engagements during the latter portions of the Yuuzhan Vong War, including the Battle of Ylesia and the Defense of Mon Calamari.
Starsider was also the name of a server—or "Galaxy"—in Star Wars Galaxies.
