The Tandem Open was an event in the swoopdueling championship organized on Jervo's World above Pantolomin. Combatants were armed with their choice of weapons and aerial vehicles. The vehicles were most often swoops or speeder bikes but could also include jetpacks and even flying creatures. There were four semifinal rounds, and the top two finishers in each semi advanced to the final.
Zayne Carrick and Demagol, posing as Rohlan Dyre, once participated in this event, and "Rohlan" emerged a champion with a Goethar Special as a prize.
