Traffic Interdiction Operations, or TIOPS, were missions to detain and board ships suspected of enemy activity. One such operation was Omega Squad's TIOPS mission to capture a ship and its crew that was suspected of involvement in terrorist attacks on Coruscant. Traffic Interdiction Vessels were often used for these missions.
