Tulsar, a Human male, held the rank of sergeant within the Imperial Army of the Sith Empire. He was stationed on the planet of Balmorra throughout the Cold War. In the course of combat within the Sundari Flatlands, Tulsar's unit found themselves stalled, unable to proceed due to the Galactic Republic's gun emplacements positioned along their defense perimeter; therefore, Tulsar enlisted more soldiers to eliminate the turrets.
In Star Wars: The Old Republic, a video game, Sergeant Tulsar initiates the quest known as "On the Line" for those playing the Imperial storyline on Balmorra.
