A depot on the Inner Rim desert planet Sergia was used for refueling starships. The Artiodac chef Strono Tuggs stopped to refuel his food freighter at the depot during a culinary tour of the galaxy that he took between 34 ABY and 35 ABY. While at the depot, Tuggs noticed another food freighter that was serving vittles to the local residents and spoke with the chef, a native of the world. Tuggs traded the native chef a batch of Corellia Chews for the recipe to his specialty, Sand Mynock 'n' Cheese, and later included a modified version of the recipe and a mention of the depot in his third cookbook, The Ultimate Cookbook, which was published in 35 ABY.
