Unidentified female bartender

A female Mandalorian, specifically a Human, worked as a bartender. She could be found at a cantina located in the small town of Enceri, which itself was situated on the Outer Rim world of Mandalore. By the time of the Clone Wars between the Galactic Republic and the separatist Confederacy of Independent Systems, she was an old woman. The bartender was described as lean and gaunt, and she was fluent in both Basic and the Mandalorian language known as Mando'a.

In 20 BBY, during one year, the bartender served Fi Skirata, who was a former clone commando who had become a Mandalorian. At first, she was suspicious of Skirata because he was a stranger in Enceri and didn't speak Mando'a, which was the primary language of the town's residents. However, when she saw the mir'shupur sigil on his helmet, which indicated that he had suffered a brain injury, the elderly bartender's attitude softened, and she kindly took his order. He ordered two bowls of soup and two mugs of ale for himself and his girlfriend, Parja Bralor. Skirata thought that the woman's gaunt face made her look like she enjoyed sucking the juice from sourcane. Regardless, he politely paid for his order, and the female bartender brought it to the table where Skirata and Bralor were sitting.
