I have doubts about it, it probably isn't going to happen anytime soon, if ever. Hi Rover Paul. The canonicity of Gadgets and Gear, along with all of the post 2014 Fantasy Flight Games stuff is a little unclear, but generally we treat the books from the last couple of years as fully canon. This is a topic that should be coming up for wider community discussion here fairly soon, so hopefully there'll be clearer guidelines on it after that. The Force Awakens Beginner's Game is as far as I'm aware has the same rules applied as other FFG stuff but we treat it as a canon source here! Nothing in the visual guide mentions about it being Naga Sadow or Nilihus. If another canon source establishes any of those subjects from the Qel-Droma Epics existed, then yes, we can take the information from that source as fact. However, if those characters are confirmed to exist but some events surrounding them from Nexus of Power are not, then we'd have to leave anything that isn't confirmed as being in-universe myths. I wouldn't worry too much about what reference books say, they are canon yes but anything they say can be overridden by an official story. The Krath have been mentioned in something outside of a myth (the Scum and Villainy book) so they at least exist in canon! Of course some things may change, but seems the same sort of beats are there, its at least better than the alternative that these subjects never got mentioned at all, now they exist in some capacity, even if its just a mythological story that may or may not be true. It seems Chaos Rising has made the idea that the Galactic Republic was the same as the Old Republic. A Bane trilogy would be great, but we'll see what the future holds on that, it'll be easier to say when they start exploring that era in official works --Lewisr (talk) 02:39, September 12, 2020 (UTC)

• Yeah I can see why it might cause a bit of confusion, but if you are familiar with the source I guess the confusion won't be there. The Sadow thing is just he was mentioned in an in-universe set of stories to be called Naga Sadow, but mentioned in an official work to be just Sadow, as soon as something that isn't an in-universe set of stories calls him Naga we can move it to that! Also we didn't get the full myths so its possible that Aleema was still part of the story, but I guess we can only wait and see what the future holds. Oh really? Not really that familiar with the Kingdom of Cron so didn't notice that one. Guri was removed because she wasn't mentioned in a canon source before the conversion kit as per the FFG policy, maybe down the road she'll appear in canon but who knows! Zannah and the Brotherhood/Army of Light are as far I'm aware still canon, nothing seems to have changed on that front you'll be glad to know!

Well anything that is contradicted by more official canon sources would take precedent anyway, but its cool to have all this info in canon! Uh I think they were just reusing what was going to be in Son of Dathomir if it was animated for the first city they went too. They did recanonise a whole bunch in the Rise of Skywalker guide so potentially we can get them, but I'd guess the stories would probably use more original Sith characters. I think those are still part of in universe Legends, but would have to double check to be certain. Do we know which Byss was mentioned in Light of the Jedi? • Pretty sure its still only mentioned in myths. The stuff that exist outside of the myth for Sadow are the Rise of Skywalker stuff, and rumours that the Massassi build the Great Temple in his honor, as well as them deifying him despite his treatment of them. Maybe the ongoing War of the Bounty Hunters series will give some info on Xizor and maybe even Guri! Yeah that's currently pre Republic, it is cool that we are getting this info, and I doubt much of it will be changed anytime soon if ever, since its only mostly just info on the planets and its history. Its pretty unclear, and I suspect that neither of them are going to give a definitive answer so probably best to just think of Ronin and Visions as being part of its own thing. Exciting times though! Hmm I think (well I hope) that it will be different eras and not just focusing on one particular person. It is a lot of stuff with Anakin/Vader but as long as it's good I honestly don't mind it really. I don't know what you're trying to accomplish going back and forth making an edit and then reverting it and repeating the process over and over and over again, but please don't do that.
