Veers' Imperial remnant represented a splinter faction originating from the fallen Galactic Empire. Their objective involved assembling an army composed of Battle droids, utilizing components salvaged from diverse droids. This force was intended to strike against the Alliance to Restore the Republic with the ultimate goal of reinstating the Galactic Empire. Their scheme, however, was thwarted by the combined efforts of C-3PO, R2-D2, Chewbacca, Nien Nunb, Lando Calrissian, and Gial Ackbar.
