Yorgraxx, a planet, was situated in the Prefsbelt sector of the Outer Rim.
The Near-Human Sith Lord known as Quorlac Fornayh journeyed to Yorgraxx more than a thousand years prior to the Galactic Civil War. There, he enslaved the native species and forced them to construct his fortress, after which he exterminated them. Within the fortress, Fornayh's goal was to engineer a novel Sith mutant, the Coloi, hoping to use them to overthrow the Sith Empire of his era during a period of conflict with the Galactic Republic. As the conflict began to favor the Republic, Fornayh retreated back to his fortress, with the intention of strengthening his forces and finishing the Coloi's development.
During the time of the Galactic Civil War, the Galactic Empire's scout ship called the Predator's Beak suffered a crash on the planet. This crash ultimately reawakened the spirit of Fornayh. This event caused a disturbance in the Force that was sensed by Emperor Palpatine on Coruscant, which led him to dispatch Emperor's Hand Jallar Golin to Yorgraxx for investigation. The Rebel Alliance vessel Griffon's Wings was attacked by Imperial Guardian-class light cruisers above the planet, resulting in a crash landing. The surviving Rebels then allied with the Imperial crash survivors, and together they defeated Fornayh's spirit within the fortress. Subsequently, Golin arrived and encountered them.
Later on, Yorgraxx became a part of the Imperial Remnant.
