Accuser was a customized 720 light freighter. This vessel was the property of Kal-tan-shi, a Tiss'shar bounty hunter and assassin. He obtained the freighter from a target situated in the Lesser Plooriod Cluster. House Paramexor, his previous employers, initiated modifications to the ship; however, Kal-tan-shi departed from their service to work independently prior to the modifications being finalized.
Due to his lack of mechanical expertise, Kal-tan-shi made efforts to prevent damage to his ship during his hunts, and did not complete the modifications himself. Despite accumulating sufficient credits from delivering Rebel escapees to the Imperial forces to finance further enhancements to Accuser, it is thought that he never managed to allocate the necessary time.
