Iron Eclipse, Part 3 – Agent of the Empire represents the third installment in the Star Wars: Agent of the Empire comic book saga, brought to readers by Dark Horse Comics on February 8, 2012.
Imperial Agent Jahan Cross finds himself a fugitive, wrongly accused of a crime he didn't perpetrate. He's evading the Corporate Sector's law enforcement while simultaneously trying to reveal the truth of the enigmatic "Iron Eclipse" initiative. Making matters worse, his dependable droid, IN-GA 44, is nowhere to be found.
However, Cross isn't completely isolated. He has the advantage of knowing a pair of smugglers who happen to own a remarkably swift starship... __
This particular issue showcases Han Solo and Chewbacca in command of the Millennium Falcon. It's worth noting that the comic's internal dating places it "three years before the Battle of Yavin." According to The Essential Reader's Companion, the novel Rebel Dawn establishes Han Solo and Chewbacca's initial acquisition of the Millennium Falcon as occurring in 2-0 BBY.
