Akia

An akia represented a single clan among the four that comprised Aramandi society. The Cirra, Orma, Mila, and Lota were the four clans in question. The Eeronon, which is the most important religious document for the Aramandi, created this system and explained that while all Aramandi must share the planet Aram and the Aramand system, they were fated to govern another star system inside the Aramand Cluster. The goal of each akia was to colonize the star system they had chosen. By the time the Galactic Civil War began, the Orma had already founded their colony and had been living there for centuries.

Each akia on Aram had control over its own cities and territories, including areas that were accessible to both members of other akia and people from other planets. They also had private spaces exclusively for akia members. Talerakia, the capital city, was a shared space divided into four sections, with each clan in charge of one. A neutral leader, known as the Taal, was in charge of all the akia.
