Alduq Besene was a male Human from the Legends continuity, residing in Mos Eisley on Tatooine during the era of the Galactic Civil War. Employed by Jabba the Hutt as an artisan, he constantly sought out fresh talent. In the year 1 ABY, he commissioned a spacer to craft several tools as a test of their skills.
Within the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, Alduq Besene appeared as a non-player character. This massively multiplayer online roleplaying game was originally developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts. The game was shut down on December 15, 2011. Alduq Besene was incorporated into the game through "Publish 17", released on May 26, 2005. He functioned as a specialized trainer, providing a quest for new players who had chosen the "artisan" career path. This "artisan" profession was later substituted by the similar "trader" role with the arrival of "Publish 25", also known as the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.
