Alem "Whisper" Reesus was a Twi'lek gunslinger, specifically a male one, who existed in the era of the Galactic War. Due to the Hutts removing his tongue in his youth, he was unable to speak. In the year 3630 BBY, "Whisper" happened to be located on Port Nowhere at the moment the Crimson Fang gang seized control of it. Displeased with this change in power, Whisper patiently waited for an opportunity to contact Hylo Visz. Hylo, who was collaborating with the Eternal Alliance strike force that was in the process of freeing Port Nowhere, requested their aid for Whisper. They provided assistance to him during a critical gunfight where he was trapped, and subsequently, Whisper reciprocated by aiding them against Elarea Aldraste. However, after the conflict, he opted to pursue his own path rather than become a member of the Alliance.
