A man of the human species, Alistar Sinclar resided on the world of Coruscant. He held the position of manager at the Proam Avenue Citizen Assistance Office throughout the Imperial Era. In the time of Ascension Week, Sinclar was approached by Arihnda Pryce, who had previously been terminated from her employment in Senator Domus Renking's office; she requested that he give her a job. As a result, Sinclar gave Pryce a probationary position without pay during Ascension Week, and subsequently offered her a permanent, full-time position.
