Alshuey existed as both a town and a commercial center on the planet called Guat'a. The settlement was not large, featuring structures that were aged and dilapidated; one such structure was a social club known as Rugova's. Rugova's functioned as the operational headquarters for the warlord named Smaatku. Descriptions of the town characterized it as being one part town, one part marketplace, and one part refuse site. The trading post was composed of various booths, stores, and crafting areas, all of which encircled a primary, central edifice.
