Amand, a male human, reigned as the king of the planet known as Molos. As the Galactic Civil War raged, King Amand spearheaded an uprising on Molos against the occupying garrison of the Galactic Empire, thereby allying himself with the Rebel Alliance. Consequently, the Alliance sent Ral Garas and Sergeant Trask to provide counsel to the king, simultaneously strengthening his forces and forming an army. Following discussions regarding the appropriate tactical approach when Imperial reinforcements arrived to reclaim the planet, King Amand conceived an innovative plan and personally commanded his troops in the Battle of Molopolis. This confrontation culminated in an Imperial loss, compelling them to withdraw from Molos.
