Amy was the offspring of Yllen and Magnus (the commander of the Stardream passenger ship during the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire), and a youngling. In 3639 BBY, while the Stardream was in transit, Magnus received an orokeet (a stuffed bird) from a traveler; he subsequently informed his child about this gift. Tragically, the Stardream was soon overrun by the rakghoul plague, and Magnus's final message to his daughter, before he completely succumbed to the disease, was a delusional warning that the crew was conspiring to steal the ship from him. Yllen is also linked to Magnus. He is the captain of the ship Stardream during the Galactic War
The Rakghoul Pandemic World Event Codex entry mentioned Amy. This event was implemented in the video game Star Wars: The Old Republic with the release of Game Update 1.1 in 2012.
