The Seaskimmer functioned as an anti-grav loader. A watercraft known as an anti-grav loader facilitated the transportation of cargo across the water surfaces of the planet named R-Duba. It incorporated an anti-gravity unit to aid in the process of loading and unloading substantial cargo. Kirk Windjammer, a Captain, possessed an anti-grav loader which he named Seaskimmer.
