Arvala-6, alternatively known as Arvala-Six, existed within the galaxy and contained territories under the control of the Galactic Empire for the specific activity of mining. It bore the same designation as the [desert](/article/desert] frontier world called Arvala-7.
In the time of the Imperial Era, Arvala-6 was the setting for a conflict; however, the scale of the conflict had decreased sufficiently to allow mining activities to restart within the Imperial-controlled areas around 5 BBY. This information was given to an Imperial Security Bureau meeting by Supervisor Lagret. Major Partagaz then reprimanded Lagret for not completing a memo with suggestions for storage problems related to displaced individuals. Lagret responded to Partagaz by stating that he was waiting for an evaluation from the ministerial director located on Arvala-6.
